Well, just for the sake of writing a post I have decided to share with you people, my Weight Loss Plan which is supposedly scheduled to last for about a few months but this one in particular only goes on for 2 weeks
& this applies to every single day, for two weeks which has by the way gone by painfully slow
Breakfast:
Upon waking, take 2 capsules of B&H (helps in bowel thingy) before breakfast
& before you start to imagine how hearty my breakfast will be, its basically 1.5 scoops of a powdered formula called S-factor mixed with 400ml of water .
Lunch:
Boiled chicken breast ?
Hard boiled eggs ?
Nu .
Its 1.5 scoops of S-factor mixed with 400 ml of water
Dinner:
No surprises here, but there you go again !
Its 1.5 scoops of S-factor mixed with 400ml of water (yet again)
& thereafter, Im instructed to consumer 2 more capsules of B&H before I sleep
Also a thing to note, the time frame between my "meals" have to be 5 to 6 hours apart
I cannot express how shitty my days have become .
ALTHO, Mondays are as per normal because my father does not no anything about this secret treatment his wife & daughter has partake in hahahaha .
I soooooooooooo can't wait for the Next Monday :p & the next next & the next next next !!
Well, as strict as my plan sounds I have cheated on a few occasions because HELLLOOOO ??? Im totally the queen of dim sum & sweets (I miss my brownies & macarons & cakes)
