Well, just for the sake of writing a post I have decided to share with you people, my Weight Loss Plan which is supposedly scheduled to last for about a few months but this one in particular only goes on for 2 weeks

& this applies to every single day, for two weeks which has by the way gone by painfully slow

Breakfast:

Upon waking, take 2 capsules of B&H (helps in bowel thingy) before breakfast
& before you start to imagine how hearty my breakfast will be, its basically 1.5 scoops of a powdered formula called S-factor mixed with 400ml of water .

Lunch:

Boiled chicken breast ?
Hard boiled eggs ?

Nu .

Its 1.5 scoops of S-factor mixed with 400 ml of water

Dinner:

No surprises here, but there you go again !
Its 1.5 scoops of S-factor mixed with 400ml of water (yet again)

& thereafter, Im instructed to consumer 2 more capsules of B&H before I sleep
Also a thing to note, the time frame between my "meals" have to be 5 to 6 hours apart

I cannot express how shitty my days have become .
ALTHO, Mondays are as per normal because my father does not no anything about this secret treatment his wife & daughter has partake in hahahaha .

I soooooooooooo can't wait for the Next Monday :p & the next next & the next next next !!
Well, as strict as my plan sounds I have cheated on a few occasions because HELLLOOOO ??? Im totally the queen of dim sum & sweets (I miss my brownies & macarons & cakes)

Im exhausted ..

Im serious when I say its not funny when Peis & I got trapped between two buildings : Peace Centre & Parklane Mall

Seriously, all we wanted was to navigate ourselves between these two buildings & get into the carpark at Peace Centre . It was almost like a horror movie (like a maze & you simply cannot get out of it & no matter how hard you try, you're still back to where you begun) - this was exactly . what . happened .

I no my sense of direction is horrendous, I mean, its ridiculous hahahahaha & we went up, down, went to find the level which has the bridge to Peace Centre & at some point, we were confused whether we were at Peace or Parklane . We asked maybe 3 people to help us & we found ourselves either at some Dynasty Club or found ourselves wound up a few feet from the trash garage

Oh, did I also mention that we actually drove all the way to Peace Centre but managed to drive past it which led us to take another big loop because we were convinced that ParkLane does not exist along Selegie Road ? But really, it was just next to Peace Centre -.-''

We concluded that we shouldn't sign up for The Amazing Race
Hmm, also .. I have this problem . I always seem to walk in all directions, except the right one & when Peis randomly mentioned, " Oh, I thought you were walking in the wrong direction like you always do " I made a brief reflection & realised that ohmyholy cowwwww, so trueee ! why am i always doing thissssssss T_T I need a gps microchipped in my head la

My first ever virgin acupuncture experience was yesterday's yesterday (Tuesday 23/3)

So I entered the clinic, full of nerves & apprehension when I was told to sign my name onto some booklet and just wait by the lounging area for my name to be called out

1 min .. 2 mins .. 3 .. 4 .......... 9 .... 12 ....

" Sarah ?"

Stood up, walked towards this frosted door as a nurse-in-waiting ushered me to a room for a brief consultation . Okay, doctor looks good, prim & proper .. bespectacled, matching cuff-links, striped shirt, nice smelling & he said, "sldhgfslfj ifj skdfnarf sfhgsjnf fsknfkng ?"

Wah lau, MADE IN CHINA . With an extremely strong accent behind every noun he enunciated, it was difficult to decipher what exactly his question was .. & like any other Singaporeans, I replied with " HUH ???? " I wanted to burst out laughing right away but figured it was rude lol

So anyway, after the consultation i was led to another room only to find my mum already lying on the bed with maybe 6/7 needles sticking out of her tummy & 2 more on each leg :| "EH PAIN NOTTTT ???"
& .. "zzzzzzz zzzzzzz" my mum started snoring lor ? I was left alone T_T

With my shirt pulled up to reveal my tums, the nurse applied something really cold & started peeling off something from these individually packed needles . Then, with a quick & solid tap, the needle fixed itself onto my tums .. Well, it doesn't hurt but you could feel it . She continued this for 6 times and proceeded to my leg

When she tapped a needle onto my leg, i felt something "sour" - suan . Uncomfortzzzzzzz !! After that, i was given a pair of headphones to rest & lie for 30 mins while the nurse adjusted the current which passed among the needles



scary . scary . Im going for another one in a few hours time ahhh shit

Anyway, I was given a diet plan to follow which was last two weeks & i will take pictures of it & show you in the next post . FUCKING HUNGRY & SAD

Browny is getting old :/ White, platinum soft hairs are starting to sprout at places all over his body, its difficult not to realize that our baby is maturing

Literally, in a blink of an eye 8 years have passed & I wonder if he has been happy all these time .. He makes us happy, thats for sure (:

Ps: My sister bet with her boyfriend & won 1kg of ba kwa - My dad is Lim Chee Guan's biggest fan & I have to admit, it really is bloody good but I just worry for his health because he pops into his mouth a piece, almost every night

Can you imagine; the minute he swallows those sinful squares of barbequed pork, it starts to coagulates around his heart ?? Almost 1kg - a full 1000 grams of fatty goodness in my dad's body . I want to throw the rest away but my dad's too alert for that

Im really worried :/
I was telling my sister if she's ever going to win another bet, she'd better bet on 1kg of fruits .

Oh by the way, the sister is leaving for France in 2 weeks . As much as my pride wouldn't allow me to tell her personally, I wish she wouldn't go :[ We've gotten closer and not seeing her for almost a year is ..... sign aseihnf awjknfm awlkng rjdg

Over the past few weeks, few months have seen a lot of my friends telling me about things about someone

We are 20, embarking on a road leading to adulthood . Why can't we just live past our histories and get going with life .. Why is it that i am constantly reminded of things and urged to make it better

I can be forgetful at times, maybe even slow at remembering things but i train my memory well; I permit myself to forget everything that isn't worth remembering

Remember I caught Dear John for the second time this week ? It really wasn't because it was mightily impressive which saw my second viewing - I guess its God's Will (nott)

Althou, I have to admit that the movie appealed more after watching for the 2nd time . This movie actually reminded me of certain events dated so many years ago hahaha

I was packing my room a few days back & stumbled onto an old Timberland shoe box and inside it, contained numerous letters/ post cards/ birthday cards/ notes

Awww, I even had a picture I took with my primary school mates during a birthday party; I was the dorky one, with thick blue rimmed plastic specs like what the boys would wear during their time in army . Clad in a pair of baggy white shorts and white top, I think I was part of the PAP - God knows what was I thinking

I had letters handwritten to me by many important people of my life (letters that were really posted and stamped not letters you pass during Geography lessons) I never knew I was so fond of writing letters haha, I love the anticipation of receiving letters and I remembered the anxiety I would feel while tearing the envelop apart . I would fantasize what she/ he would reply and pray that it'd come sooner .

After re-reading all the letters, (nope, didnt tear) it was a good feeling to know that you were once cherished and treated as a confidante . Some letters were also attached with random things hahaha
I had one which had a condom with a Mcdonald sticker pasted onto it HAHAHAHAHA good memories (special orders) Sweet, but lame .

Another one also came with a key chain with a ribbon tightly tied onto it with two tiny figurines welded side by side . Very cute

I also found another one which was dearly written to me by a tuition teacher (???!?!) I had many years ago and only to find that she was scarily abusiveeeee and was subsequently terminated wahaha

So to this old pile of letters, I've added another one; this time by someone who could barely speak English fluently hahaha . He didnt had it stamped, nor had them posted . He merely passed them to me on a night after we hung out at night - few days before I had to fly for New York

I like how things end so nicely after each chapter of my life; I must be greatly blessed
Wonder how would I feel after re-opening this shoebox 30 years from now,
or maybe i might just burn them all muahaha

Yesterday the family dined at Rakuzen at Millenia Walk, the one which replaced Sushi Teh & my mum told us that her side of family has a history of breast cancer .. ahhh . Both of her cousins (female) are diagnosed with it & the elder sister has unfortunately passed on :/ My aunt (mum's sister) was also struck with this but has recovered ... Well, im honestly quite scared but we'll see how it goes :/

So, chatted with kez today ! hehehe after so long !! I can't wait to see her pretty face :D :D (Also can't wait to kill someone who has been annoying Kez for so long ahhhhhhhhhh sibei fdfnkdnfkfdfsnfksknazzzzzz)

Oh yes ! When Dawn texted, an "unknown" was calling ... kinda hesitated because i had a few "unknown" missed calls yesterday too . So i picked it up anyway, its not like it will explode or something & from the other end, " SAAAARRRRAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH !! " hahaha yes, unmistakably, its William . Was on the phone with him until I drove out to the main road (dont want to kena summon) ahhhh missed my friends so much :/

So turned out I didn't bring my baby out :/ Kinda regret it cuz we had a good lunch i like it !! I do really miss hanging out with St Margs people .. So after that, accompanied Hash to SIM cuz she had to clarify some stuff & went to her house to watch The Couple's Retreat !! Had to leave halfway sadly .. it was funny tho HAHAHAHA
